Punch Art Christmas Ornaments

I have made some little ornaments to hang on the Christmas Tree using some punch art and the long thin cello bags filled with sweets, goes down well with the kids. This is the Grinch, an elf and Rudolph. I found these somewhere in blog land, sorry can't remember where.
Rudolph is made using the owl punch, there is a little poem on the back:
Of course it's not really Reindeer Droppings, promise!

Christmas Star Ornament

Here is an ornament I made using folded squares of DSP, here's a video on how to make it. Again I used the Candle light DSP. I made a paper bead as the stopper.

I made a little purse to put it in, this time from this tutorial:
The ornament folds up into that little square you see in the middle of the purse.

Gift bag/purse

Another project made from the Candle Light DSP, a bag made from a sheet of 12" x 12" paper. I made it in exactly the same way as this purse but doubled the scoring measurements. It will make any gift extra special.

Again the circle is from the Pennant die, some champagne glimmer paper for a little sparkle and some early espresso stitched ribbon to match the paper.

After Eight Mints Favour

More chocolates. This time it is a little favour, great for the dinner table, you could use it as a name/table setting. Again it was adapted from a tea bag holder.

These are quick and easy to make, the circle is from the pennant die and again I used Greetings of the Season.

After Eight Mints Dispenser

I made this for the Christmas Class but we didn't have time to do it but people had everything to make it at home. It is adapted from the tea bag dispenser which you have probably seen on blog land, it is an After Eight mints dispenser and everyone got a big box of After Eights in their goody bag.

I am sure this will come in very handy at Christmas.

Keepsake Decoration

More from the Christmas Decorations Class, we just had to make a decoration with the ornament framelits. Take a 12" x 12" sheet of DSP, I used the Candle Light DSP, score it at 3",6" and 9", fold it up and cut the framelits, my big shot cut through all four layers but my friends only cut through three layers so you'll have to play and see.
Here is our ornament - I used a Champagne glimmer snowflake for the centre:

This is the back, I used the greetings of the season stamp set.

Again we had to make a box to keep it in because I am sure it will come out year after year. The top has the flocked acetate on which is gorgeous.

Noel Banner

Sorry, long time no blog. The other Saturday I had a Christmas Decorations class so I have quite a few things to share.  The first is a Noel Banner - it was going to say Christmas but I thought we'd be there till midnight if we did that! I used the pennant die, this is the first time I've used it and I love it especially the two circle ones. Here's the banner:

We then made a box for it to go in. The colour way is real red and lucky limeade and Candle Light DSP and the Broadsheet Alphabet and Greetings of the Season stamp set.
