Amazing Spice Cake Display

I thought I'd share with you some of the wonderful things I saw at training.  The lovely Sally-Jo had an amazing inspiration station with lots of things she designed and made with the spiced cake fabric dsp and spiced paisley stamp set.  Here are some photo's, if you'd like to see more and watch a tutorial on how to make those gorgeous flowers on the wreath visit Sally-Jo's blog here.

Everyday Enchantment DSP 6x6 handbag

Here is another project I made at Julies training.  It is a little handbag made with the sale-a-bration everyday enchantment dsp, this paper is beautiful, it's one of my favourite ever and it's free!
This little handbag looks complicated but it is so easy to make, it was designed by Frenchie and you can find a tutorial here just scroll down.

Isn't it lovely? The handle is made from calypso coral ruffled ribbon and secured with the new in colours dotty brads. The flower fastener was cut with the blossom party die, a new die in the mini catalogue, it is very easy to overlook, in fact I did until we used it at training, but its lovely. The fastener is secured with an adhesive velcro dot, not stampin' up, I love these dots and I am sure you will see them on a lot of things!

Elementary Elegance SAB stamp set

A couple of weeks ago I went to the lovely Julies team training, although I am not in her team she lets other demonstrators attend. It was brilliant and I came home with LOTS of ideas, have just got around to downloading some photos so I can tell you all about it.  We made some cards with the lovelyElementary Elegance stamp set which you can get FREE with an order of £45 until the 31st March.

The cards use the new in colours calypso coral and pool party and matching calypso coral ruffle ribbon.  The second card uses a vintage tag and some of the Everyday Enchantment DSP which is absolutely gorgeous and is also Free with an order of  £45 during SAB.
If you would like some great ideas on how to use your SAB freebies or to try some out why not book a place on my Farewell to Sale-a-bration class on the 24th March. Take a look at my class page for more information.

Top note die mini album pages

Here are some of the pages from the top note mini album. Some pages are single top notes others are 2 stuck together to make a pocket and to hide the back as I used the designer frame embossing folder.

Top note die mini album

Happy new year everyone. I hope you have made a resolution to do more crafting! I thought I'd share with you a little mini album I made using the top note die.  I die cut some card board as covers and covered them in mocha morning dsp - gorgeous paper, thank you Angela who gave me a couple of sheets, it is now on my wish list. The pages are also die cut from cardstock, I punched a hole using the crop-a-dile and bound the using a book ring so dead easy to make.
I used the scallop envelope die to enclose a little photo and message. I used the broadsheet alphabet stamp to stamp out DAD for the cover, it was a little xmas pressie for my husband with some photos of the girls in. The colour scheme is soft suede and crumbcake with some colour accents on different pages to co-ordinate with the photos.
